Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a seamless experience, please read the following carefully before initiating any return or exchange:

Charges

• For Exchange/Return, kindly email us at thevulpinedrip@gmail.com with your purchase receipt.
• Incorrect Order Delivered: Free exchange or full refund.
• Correct Order Delivered: A reverse shipping fee of ₹300/- will be charged for exchanges or deducted from the refund amount.

Incorrect Orders include wrong size, color, product, or defective items delivered.
Correct Orders cannot be returned if the product matches the order specifications (e.g., you ordered size M, but later realize it doesn't fit). Double-check your size before placing an order.

• SALE Products: Products priced at ₹999/- or less are eligible for size exchanges only, with a reverse shipping fee of ₹200/-. Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Requirements

• It is mandatory to share clear photos of the product (4-5 angles) and a clear unboxing video without any cuts or edits to process a return or exchange request.

Timeframe

• The exchange or refund process typically takes 7-10 working days.
• Please wait at least 7-10 days after the product pickup for our QC team to verify your claim and initiate the process.
• Delays may occur due to weekends, festivals, courier strikes, or national holidays.

Important Notes

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.
• Notifications regarding exchanges or returns will be sent via email and text message to the contact details provided at the time of order.
• Once a return or exchange request is rejected, it will not be reviewed again via email, Instagram DM, helpline, etc.
